Abstract : This study aimed to identify the reality of knowledge management practices for ‎students counseling in general education and identify the reality of knowledge ‎management applications for students counseling in general education at Bishah as well ‎as clarify the relationship between knowledge management applications and students ‎counseling in general education and provide two proposal models. The first is strategic ‎model which can be adopted for long-term application while the other is an applicable ‎model, which is derived from the strategic proposal for knowledge management in the ‎field of students counseling in general education at Bishah. The applicable model can ‎be adopted currently according to the status and current potentialities in the field of ‎students counseling in general education at Bishah . Survey method has been used by ‎applying the questionnaire on a sample related to the study consisting of two hundred ( ‎‎200 ) individual of managers and general education school counselors. Case study ‎method has been used by applying the questionnaire on a sample consisting of 30 ‎individual of qualified guidance and counseling professors, counseling supervisors and ‎counselors in order to clarify the relationship between knowledge management ‎applications and students counseling. Finally, focus group consists of seven ( 7 ) experts ‎in knowledge management and students counseling in order to present and discuss both ‎of the proposed models submitted in this study. The study results concerning ‎knowledge management in students counseling applications revealed the realization ‎with knowledge management concept and its importance. The results also revealed ‎implementing knowledge management applications, the highest percentage for ‎knowledge acquisition and sharing, while the lowest for knowledge generation ‎application. The results also revealed the existence of practicing knowledge ‎management in students counseling, the highest percentage for knowledge acquisition ‎followed by knowledge sharing, while the lowest for knowledge generation practices. ‎The study results concern about clarifying the relationship between knowledge ‎management applications and students counseling in general education at Educational ‎Department in Bishah found that there is statistically significant positive relationship ‎between knowledge management applications and students counseling generally. ‎Knowledge acquisition was on the top followed by knowledge sharing and the lowest ‎was knowledge generation in students counseling in general education at Bishah. The ‎study submitted two models; the first is strategic model to apply knowledge ‎management for a long-term while the other is an applicable model, which is based on ‎the reality in the field of students counseling in general education at Bishah.‎ The study recommended publishing knowledge management concept in the field of ‎education throughout meetings, training courses, directed publications and develop ‎curriculums in general education concerning about information, knowledge, ‎management, societies, economy and security. As well as supporting scientific ‎researches concerning about knowledge management and societies throughout its ‎adoption in training and scholarship programs in the Ministry of Education. Approve on ‎physical and moral incentive programs to encourage personnel on knowledge generation ‎within the field of education. Develop educational training programs so as to ensure ‎knowledge sharing upon activating these programs. Provide database specified for ‎indicative knowledge and make it accessible for student guidance personnel. Create ‎knowledge digital repository specialized in indicative knowledge and link it with ‎electronic educational field systems and sites. Providing programs on computers ‎specified for saving and organizing knowledge. Publish successful experts in the ‎indicative field in the educational field in order to be applied, evaluated and developed. ‎The study suggested conducting study to apply the model provided by this study and ‎summarize its results and conduct similar studies concerned with other subjects in the ‎educational field.‎
