Abstract : The research treats the foundations and principles on which the training program depends, and aims to determine the extent of its effectiveness in imparting skills and knowledge for girls in Jeddah Technical Institute, which qualify them to work in the ready- made garment industry. The research sample is composed of eleven female students from the Cooperative Institute of Technology in Jeddah. The research found that the training program is successful in achieving its objectives, and students have already learned the fundamentals which the program includes, in respect to the knowledge and skills. The researchers recommended going along with the global trends of modern information technologies in the process of training and human development to serve the community.
