Abstract : Apparel Industry is one of the largest industries in many countries of the world. The clothing and raw materials of the most important commercial goods traded between the countries which find popular globally and in need of labor-intensive, so The safety aspects one of the industrial security sides which means that the production in safe working conditions which is providing for workers the protection from exposure to accidents specially deaf and dumb and prevent damage to machinery as a result of these incidents as that without occupational safety the production expose to the risk of impeding the work programs and production plans So The quality of workers training, its theoretical and practical knowledge affects the efficiency of apparel production and their occupational safety and Application of multimedia training aids to optimize the training process. In this research will be taken into considerations problems, objectives as well as the importance of using multimedia in training process. Experiment was carried out by confirming the effectiveness of the learning process using the educational program on deaf and dumb workers
