Abstract : The Research aimed to the design of educational unit to develop the skills of the student’s creative in the development of new art’s treatments from recycled materials and their use in clothing Accessories, and try to link curricula with the changes in society and the future’s outlook and the needs of students in order to face the challenges of the age and changes of contemporary global, and open the area for students to learn on their creative abilities and express it in the area of technical applications, make recommendations and suggestions may help to activate the use and development of strategies and different learning styles in educational institutions. Research sample consisted of (15) students from the Department of Clothing and Textile, College of Home Economics - of King Abdul Aziz University ,who are study the course (technical applications in apparel) and it have been selected on the experimental design of a kind "post-pre design" and applied to the study sample. The study concluded that there are significant differences between the averages of grades of students in the knowledge and skills contained in the unit proposed for the two applications of pre and post for the post application, and there are significant differences between the average of grades of the students in the test of knowledge and skills before applying the unit and then for the post application. The study recommended by care to achieve integration between both sides’ knowledge and skills in the design of the units that offer to students in various curriculums to apply the gap between theory and practice, and increase the efficiency of the educational process
