Abstract : Faculty member is the cornerstone of the university education system, as the university will not be able to carry the responsibilities towards society and its members unless the faculty member is eligible is scientifically and psychologically fit to perform the roles required of it, and where it is no longer a viable concern achieving the objectives of the organization at the expense of the objectives of their staff to increase the aspirations and widening the horizon of individual workers. Therefore this study to identify the extent of current interest given by the university administration in Saudi Arabia for the faculty members by the Saudis, so that should be given by the Department of Saudi university faculty members in the light of the principles of Japanese management. The study included two aspects: the theoretical, and by the field. Focused on the theoretical side view highlighted the issues of higher education in Saudi Arabia for one member of teaching staff, and also offer the principles of Japanese management and to clarify draw the attention of this administration to the human element, which is the basic causes of the immense success achieved by this administration. As the field hit the perimeter of which identify the view of the faculty members of Saudis in the attention given them by the university administration and that they wish to obtain from the Department universities. The results of this study showed twice the attention of the university administration and faculty member, especially in those areas related to the physical aspects and his life outside the university. In conclusion, this study, a set of recommendations to help raise and increase the interest of university administration, faculty member of the Saudi, not even in position to perform his duties entrusted to him about teaching at the university and the community.
