Abstract : This study aimed to identify the needs of female trainees needed to achieve during the period of application of field training, identification of priorities among these needs from the point of view and their opinion school principals and teachers Almtaonat, and to achieve objectives of the research researchers used three questionnaires: 1. Questionnaire to identify the needs of female trainees needed to achieve during the period of application of field training program from the point of their opinion, the number of items 32 items. 2. Questionnaire to identify the needs of female trainees needed to achieve during the period of application of field training program from the viewpoint of the parameters Almtaonat, the number of items 34 items.
