Abstract : Research problem is summed up in the absence of a comprehensive training program can be recipients of the General Secondary Certificate and women with bachelor's degree in non-specialized kindergartens to work in the education of children according to scientific bases derived from the data of psychology and curriculum and teaching methods have been formulated research problem in the following question: How effective is the training program based on the skills of kindergarten education phase in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the efficiency of trainees phase of kindergarten? The fork on this question the following questions: 1. Are there any differences are statistically significant at a level (01, 0) between the average scores of women trainees in the achievement test for the post test? 2. Are there any differences are statistically significant at a level (01, 0) between the average scores of women trainees in the note card for the performance dimensional? The researcher used the experimental approach to answer the questions of the research objective of this research: Providing the skills of graduates of secondary education phase of kindergartens in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the basis of sound science, namely: planning units, implementation units, management of educational seminars, the commitment to the characteristics of kindergarten teacher.
